Kylie's Swimming Lessons

Kylie took her very first swimming lessons. She loved them! It was only a couple weeks, but worth it. By the last lesson, she went under the water like 20 times or more by herself, and loved it. Before she didn't even like putting her face or mouth in the water. Kylie was a bouncy "Tigger" during lessons. All she wanted to do was jump up and down when they were waiting. She did great!

Peyton felt really bad he didn't get to have swimming lessons. "Me, too, me, too!" he kept saying over and over. But he ended up finding things to do like laying on the ground and getting dirty, chasing a bird or squirrel, pushing the buttons with no money on the vending machines, and anxiously waiting for Kylie to be done so we all could go straight over to our friends swimming pool and all could swim. :) Peyton's hair looks green in this picture because we are standing under a green umbrella. Not the chlorine. :)

That looks so fun! I actually signed Jack and I up for a Parent-baby swimming class! It is for ages 3 months to 3. It is in August for a week! I am excited! Jack loves the water! We will see how that goes! Peyton's hair looks green in that pic! :)

Thanks for sharing that memory with me on my blog! It definitely was nice to have a fellow "book worm" on the team with me! I thought it was really neat when you and I got to stand together and get our Academic and Distinguished Academic All American honors! BTW, Remember that hike/nature walk we went on for a class one time? I came across pictures of us from that the other day! FUN!

You kids are so adorable. Do you remember when we used to take swimming lessons and I was trying to teach you how to dive off the ledge? We were pretty young from what I can remember. :)
