Primm

On Monday to Tuesday, we took a little family getaway. We took a half hour drive south to Primm, Nevada. My friend, Hilary, told me about a deal in Primm where you can stay at a hotel for $7, and that's including the taxes. On the weekends it is over $100 so this was great! The kids just absolutley LOVE staying at hotels. We walked in and they were like, "Ohh, a bed! Oh, a window!" They get so excited over the little things, which is great. The place was perfect for us and our three kids. The room was long so Porter was far away from the other kids during the night. It was a fun stay, and we'll go back again.
They went swimming. It was too cold and windy to go in the swimming pool, so they went in the hot tub. After they got out, they totally smelled like dirty socks. It was so gross! Of course they showered immediately after.
Pretending to sleep...
Actually asleep...

That picture of them actually sleeping is too cute. It looks like they are wiped out after a day of fun. So fun to be so close to Primm. Did you ride the roller coaster?

Fun! I'm glad you could get out together and do that. And what a deal! The Easter Egg Hunt pics are so cute, too! Your cold day in LV is probably our outside park day in Michigan! ;) I hope it's warmed back up for you there! And that picture of Porter smiling is so adorable.

What a fun idea. You guys sound like you have a lot of fun together. How is the new little baby doing? I might have to go to Primm on the weekdays for a getaway. What a difference when they are truly asleep. I love it.
