Here are a few cute pictures of the kids. They got new shirts, and wanted to show them off. We did go on a cool hike in the canyon this past weekend. I forgot my camera, but my friend brought hers. I'm excited to see what they look like, and tell you all about it. Anyways, pretty cute kids!!!

DMV

Can I just tell you that I hate the DMV!!! I had to go there today to get our car registered in Nevada and get me a new Nevada drivers license. I know, don't tell anybody. You are supposed to do that within 30 days of moving, but I'll take 6 months. Good thing I never got the fine. Anyways, they make you take a BUNDLE of things. Chris got home early from work to watch the kids so I could go. I waited in line....forever....then they told me I didn't have my Marriage Certificate so I had to drive ALL the way home to get it. Marriage certificate? What?! After grabbing multiple items not knowing if I would need them, just to make sure I wouldn't have to come back again, I headed out for the DMV AGAIN! Then, they gave me some bogus number...well, not really bogus, but I had to wait in line FOREVER!!! I felt like it was bogus because people who sat down after me were called up before me. Hmm? Finally got the paper stuff done, got my picture taken, got the plates and license and it's all done. BUT, it only took 4 hours. I think that's a new record. :)

Brother and Sister

If you think you saw a little Anna and little Chris before, check this one out....Peyton wanted to wear Chris' softball shirt SO bad, and then Kylie needed to wear my shirt. But she thought it was a cute dress for her instead. :)

So Kylie and Peyton have been acting like real brothers and sisters lately. Fighting! The other day I heard real screams (not the first time) so I go down the stairs to find them both tackling each other on the floor throwing their arms at each other...Hard! They are both getting older and ideas are clashing. BUT....the other day I found them watching TV together holding hands. Ahhh, these are the moments!!! I had to sneak and take the first picture. They look sad, but they are actually fine just dazed from the TV, but then they posed for me afterwards!

Then I had to take some pictures after Kylie's hair was actually done and not drying from just out of the bath! :)

So, I saw that it was 63 questions and I thought "Geez louise!" But I was secretly excited because I have never been tagged before. I know, lame getting excited over this, but it's the little things. Right?! So, here goes!

2. Last thing you bought? 2 cute shirts from Aeropostale (excited they were on clearance!)
3. Last person you argued with? Probably Chris, but nothing really...don't talk to too many other people :)
4. Do you put butter on toast before putting the jelly on? I never did till just barely. Adds some extra flavor
5. One of your stuffed animals' names as a kid? I can't remember the names, but I can name all bazillion animals. We would always get a ton from Circus Circus when we passed through with my family on the way to California. And I had a ton from being the youngest sibling...gets everybodies leftovers and junk, and I still got new ones from being spoiled. So, needless to say, a bazillion!
6. Did you ever own at one time a Nsync Cd? Nope.
7. Favorite day of the week? Saturday cuz Chris is home all day and we get to go do stuff and go out to eat for dinner.
8. Favorite Sundae topping? Strawberries and caramel
9. Did you take Piano lessons? Yes, since I was 7 years old from Mrs. Richardson. And I even have taught them, too.
10. Most frequent song played? I really only get to listen to my music when I am running, and I can't get my new songs onto my Shuffle, so it's a random play.
11. T.V. show you secretly enjoy? The Bachelor. And some might think this is bad, but The Girls Next Door.
12. Favorite scents? Baby lotion, fresh homemade rolls, homemade caramels cooking

15. Favorite time of the day? When Chris gets home from work...I'm always watching the clock around that time
16. Do you know all the words to the national anthem? Yes. And that's funny, cuz I was actually thinking about this exact same thing yesterday when they were singing this at my race...yes, they sang the anthem at my race. Kinda weird, but cool.
17. Something you're wearing right now? Blue and red striped shirt, jeans with holes in them, wedding ring, and underwear stuff :)

22. Perfect time to wake up? 8:00, but that's a dream....it's normally 6:30 or sometimes I'm lucky and it's 7:00. The last couple days it's 5 something cuz Peyton being sick
23. Perfect time to go to bed? 10:00, but that never happens either...normally around 11:00 or later
24. Favorite soda? Soda actually makes my tummy hurt, but I like Sprite when I really need one
25. Ever been in a car accident? Not really...but I did drive my parents SUV into the neighbors mailbox one of the first time driving. Oops! Nobody was with me, thank goodness, that would have been embarrassing.

27. Who would you want on a deserted island with you? Chris, duh!
28. Have you been bungee jumping? Believe it or not, but YES! In high school. It's crazy because I am REALLY afraid of heights, but it was fun.
29. Favorite ice cream flavor? Mint chocolate chip...actually the WalMart brand is GREAT!
30. Do you have an article of clothing you have had since you were in high school? Sadly yes...oh boy, it's the blue and red stripe shirt I'm wearing right now. So sad! ha ha ha

Of course...volleyball, basketball and track (freshman year did softball instead of track...it's a good thing cuz I would have met Chris that year doing track and who knows if we would have ended up together). Not saying I wouldn't have dated him, but life could have changed.
32. Were you ever in a school talent show? No, I'm too shy about that stuff.
33. Have you ever written in a library book? No, but I do have to wipe off crayon marks from Peyton occasionally
34. What are you allergic to? Spicy and really greasy food when I'm pregnant makes me sick
35. Favorite fruits? Pineapple, strawberries, grapes, watermelon (but not mixed with canteloupe...I hate when people mix those two...the watermelon (actually any fruit mixed with that) always taste like the canteloupe!)

41. Have you ever gambled at a casino? Yes, I threw a quarter or nickel in when I was younger. But not anymore...even when I live in Vegas...yep, such a good girl!

50. What was your first car? Blue Mercury Tracer...it was a stick! We had it the first year of our marriage too, and it broke down on Chris on the freeway. He nicely says thank goodness it wasn't me who it broke down on. But it was a good car.

54. Where did you go on your first airplane ride? Can't remember what was my first...maybe to Oklahoma with my basketball team when I was little...for Nationals, oh yeah!

56. Who was your first Best Friend and are you still friends with them? Kristi Borg when we were little and next door neighbors. Yes, we're still friends.
57. Where did you live the first time you moved out of your parent's house? Taylorsville..I know, such a move

62. First tattoo or piercing? No tattoo's and only my ears pierced---my mom took me to the mall to Claire's.
63. First celebrity crush? I don't remember...but I think a few guys from Without a Trace and Criminal Minds are good looking and Josh Duhamel from Las Vegas (the TV show, that is), too! :)

Home Depot

Yesterday we went to Home Depot for the Kids Clinic. It is SOOO fun for the kids and for us! They get their very own Home Depot tool aprons to keep and take home, then they get to make an actual thing made of tools. (oh, and by the way, it is all free). This time is was a nice wooden flower box (or barbie crib, toy holder, etc) and they got to hammer in the nails and everything. It is great! So, you should all see if your Home Depot does this. It is every 1st Saturday of the month usually from 9:00am -12:00pm. ...so sorry, you'll have to wait till next month. Just thought you'd all like to enjoy it sometime. It's fun!

P.S. Peyton is sick again with strep and bronchitis. Geez, poor kid. He has a terrible cough this time which makes it so he doesn't sleep well at night and gets only a 20-30 minute nap for the entire day. He gets tired and weak, so hopefully he gets better soon and gets rid of it for GOOD!

Sold!!!

Well, things have worked out for us in the house department. After finally selling our house in Utah (yeah!!!) and working things out with the owner of the house we are renting from here in Vegas, we will have about 2 more months to live in the house we are renting from. So, we put an offer on another house here in Las Vegas. It had multiple offers on it, but we ended up getting it. We are so excited, and we will move there towards the end of May. Here is a picture of our new house. We think we will probably be there a long time (sorry, Grandpa's and Grandma's). We are excited and look forward to moving...well, not the actual moving process, but you get the idea. :)
