California!!!

Before we found out about the house ordeal (yeah, forgot to mention that we're in the process of closing our house in Herriman, too...so another thing to add to our list!), we took a little vacation to California. Chris' sister, Jen, was blessing their little baby girl, so we drove down to be with them. His parents and siblings (minus Cory who is in New York) were all there, too. It was real fun. We went to Disneyland, the blessing, hung out, the beach, and had a great time.

Disneyland was real fun. Kylie was even tall enough (that's our tall girl!) to ride the big rides. She got SOAKED on Splash Mountain, and we had to buy her new pants and underwear. Poor girl! She got to ride Thunder Mountain Railroad ride, too. I had to hold her head from shaking everywhere, but she said it was fun, except for the dark part in the tunnel. We love Disneyland!

Kylie and Anna with Mickey. Kylie liked seeing the characters, but at a distance. We put her by Minnie and she starting shaking, but out of fear. Luckily, she was okay with Mickey because I was holding her.

We loved going to the beach. We could have stayed there forever. The kids loved playing in the water, sand, finding seashells, everything.

Peyton liked getting buried in the sand. We asked him if he wanted to get out, and he slyly shook his head "no." Where's Waldo, I mean Peyton?
