Peyton's Record

So we have a playground set in our backyard. The kids love to swing and hang on the low bars. But Chris thought Peyton needed to try something new. So, he hung him all the way from the tall monkeybars. I was inside, and Chris told me to come out and check Peyton out. So, he put him up there again and Peyton started hanging all by himself. Chris slyly kept his arms there to catch him (still too far away for my taste) but I don't think Peyton realized. He kept saying, "Owey! Daddy! Daddy!" But Chris kept counting...ten, eleven, twelve. He wanted Peyton to beat his record of holding on the longest. Peyton continued to say "Owey, Daddy," but Chris claimed he was fine. Finally at 33 seconds I couldn't take it any longer and grabbed him. Chris immediately said that Peyton was going to beat his record of 40 seconds till I grabbed him. Peyton was of course fine and smiling, but Chris just wanted a new record. Oh boy! Look what happens when I leave all the kids alone. :)

Hooray for blogging. I have been telling my mom to tell your mom about this for a while now. I am glad that you started the blogging addiction. I still can't believe how big your kids are getting. Thanks a ton for the Christmas card. I loved it! We miss you guys and I talk about your family all of the time. Ben thinks that he knows all of your family so well even though he doesn't. :) Some day we will all have to get together again. Miss you guys!!

You guys are so cute!! I love that you guys have a blog!! Nat called and told me, so I had to come on and snoop a little!! I loved your Christmas card, too.... Your kids have really grown. I can't believe how much your little daughter looks like you!! We'll have to look you guys up, when we travel to Vegas for Matthew's baseball tournaments and such. We're going to St George next month, and I was hoping we'd be going to Vegas instead. (I love the buffets ha ha) Well, you're as cute as ever, and I've enjoyed reading about your adorable family. Take care....and we love you guys!!
